Celebrity Looks for Real Women
There’s nothing more fun than being creative…just for the sake of being creative! And that’s exactly what this shoot was all about! I needed some new beauty shots and dear friend and shutterbug supreme Carla Ten Eyck was (and always is) up for playing photo shoot with me…because she’s that kind of gal too!
So…I found a few vintage dresses, dusted off my Fashion Design skills ( Fun Fact: I have a degree in Fashion Design, which I never did much with…just for the record), wrangled up my good friend Elisabeth (who has the same degree in Fashion Design…but she actually used hers:) and created some fluffy tulle creations for the day…
And because the best laid plans sometimes never happen, we ended up shooting (in the rain…because everytime I shoot with Carla it seems to rain:) at the underpass near my studio…and if anyone can see beauty in an underpass to nowhere, it’s Carla…
And it was perfect!
